1)  What led you to acting and why film?

I began participating in the arts at a very young age.  I danced (ballet, tap, and jazz) from the time I was 2 years old to 10 years old.  My mom then submitted me for a modeling competition when I was 10, where I modeled for 3 years.  It was not until I was 13, where my acting really began.  I then started performing in musical theater in plays such as Annie, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Our Town, and School House Rock.  I slowly began to transition to film when I was 17 and I was asked to be in a commercial overseas for the military.  From that point on, I never turned back.  Although I love theater and dance, film gives me a different feeling than any other form of art.  I love being able to develop a character in a world unlike my own.  Each experience is unique.
2)  What actors inspire you?
Actors that inspire me include: Johnny Depp, Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Alan Rickman, and Jennifer Lawrence.  They never cease to amaze me and can take on complex roles.
3)  Why did you decide to do The 5 Year?
I decided to do The 5 Year for several reasons.  1. James Christopher is an incredibly talented writer and I could not wait to work with Twitchy Dolphin Flix again.  2.  Once I read the script, I was immediately sold.  The dynamic and relationships that the characters have amazes me.  The stories are in some ways separate but they all tie together.  and 3. I was very excited to play an older role.  I usually get cast to play very young roles.  In The 5 Year, I have the chance to play a young mom and show my abilities to be dynamic with the “ages” I can play as an actor.
